DESCRIPTION:Test your fitness against Special Forces protocols\, and develop your mental resilience beyond what you thought possible!\nThe Mill Gym’s Cadre Camp is a gruelling\, 36-hour training camp modelled on the selection process for Australian Special Forces (SAS and Commando regiments). Designed to develop and test resilience\, it’s open to all applicants\, civilian and military. If you want to gain an insight into the SF selection method and test your ability to function within\, and lead\, a team under duress\, this is for you. \nThis camp is conducted by actual Special Forces instructors; it is therefore a highly intensive\, mentally challenging and physically arduous experience. \nDuring this challenge you will learn and understand: \n\nThe ethos and principles that govern elite performers operating as elite teams working in hostile conditions\nThe mindset\, mental conditioning and physical hardiness required to operate in Special Forces\nThe criteria\, systems\, processes and programs for identifying and selecting suitable SF operators\nThe skills to interpret your environment in order to make effective decisions and solve complex problems while under mental and physical stress.\n\nThe camp culminates in a comprehensive individual feedback session based on your results\, which will be recorded by the instructors throughout the camp.
